KING TRUMP – July 2025 SCOTUS Ruling Allows Trump (or any President) to Fire Anyone or Everyone from any or all Federal Agencies
VERY STRANGE not one peep about this momentous and dangerous decision on the Zionic Mass Media. Not. One. Peep.
Effective Reality (as of July 2025):
- Trump can now initiate mass firings of federal employees, including career civil servants, across agencies.
- The Supreme Court’s emergency ruling lifted injunctions, meaning the firings go forward immediately.
- Affected workers can sue, but:
- Lawsuits will take time (months to years).
- No automatic reinstatement occurs unless a later court decision reverses the action.
- In the meantime, those employees are gone.
Important Limits Still Theoretical (but toothless for now):
- Civil service protections (e.g. due process rights under Title 5 of the U.S. Code) still exist in law.
- But because courts haven’t yet ruled on the substantive legality of Trump’s actions, the president can act first, and challenges trail behind.
- Congress has not passed new protective laws, and most civil service safeguards are statutory, not constitutional — meaning they can be overridden by executive reinterpretation or delayed in courts.
So, Yes — In Practice:
Trump can fire anyone or everyone in the executive branch today, and they’re out, unless courts eventually reverse the firings after lengthy litigation.
The SCOTUS actions have shifted the balance of power heavily toward the presidency, at least temporarily.
